By using trasharmy.org, our mobile services, or participating in our events, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use our website. Certain volunteer activities may require participants to be 16+ or 18+. Minors must have a parent/guardian’s consent and supervision.

You agree to use our website lawfully and respectfully. You will not:

• Interfere with the operation of the site.

4. Event Participation & Risk

Volunteering with Trash Army may involve hazards such as weather, terrain, trash, tools, animals, insects, or public spaces. By participating, you assume these risks voluntarily. You are responsible for your health, safety, and personal insurance.

5. Volunteer Code of Conduct

At all events and online spaces, you agree to:

• Respect all people, volunteers, and communities.

• Avoid harassment, hate speech, or unsafe conduct.

• Follow instructions from organizers and local laws.

• Use tools responsibly and avoid dangerous materials (e.g., needles, chemicals).

6. Donations & Merchandise

• Donations are non-refundable unless required by law.

• Sponsorships and grants are governed by written agreements.

• Merchandise purchases are subject to posted pricing, taxes, shipping, and Return/Refund Policies.

7. Intellectual Property

All logos, graphics, designs, and text on this website belong to Trash Army or are used under license. You may not reproduce or distribute them without prior written consent.

8. User Content

If you submit content (photos, testimonials, stories), you grant Trash Army and Arts Connection a non-exclusive licenseto use it for mission-related purposes (e.g., reports, website, social media).

9. Photo/Video Consent

By attending events, you consent to photography and recording that may be used for Trash Army’s mission-related purposes. If you prefer not to appear, notify an organizer when you arrive.

10. Third-Party Services

Our website may link to external platforms (e.g., event registration, donations, social media). We are not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trash Army, Arts Connection, and their officers, employees, and volunteers are not liable for damages or losses arising from use of our website or participation in events, except where prohibited by law.
